When I ordered my dress, it came earlier than expected. Although I had to exchange it, I got my gift card in a timely fashion and was able to order another dress in time for an event.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer serviceFirst, one of the items didnt look anything like the pictures. As it was a discounted item, I got screwed and couldnt return it. Then I returned another item, paid the return fee, got a label to print out to send back. I sent it back, was received 2 days later, then 2 months later the return still hasnt been processed and they're telling me the tracking number is not the right one, when it comes from their label!!!!
