My experience has been terrible. I contacted customer service in late February and early March upon my package arrival that my items were damaged. It took weeks for them to respond until I sent the shipment back. Now it's been almost 2 months and I have been sending multiple emails regarding my refund and no response. This is absolutely unacceptable and not honest to treat customers like this. It's clear they only care about the money and not the satisfaction of their customers. It's now April 16th almost 2 months since the first email I sent and no response, this is a company's policy violation.

the lack showing customer service gesture. I tried to enter their 10$ off discount code at checkout and i really needed the purchase sooner than later. the code didn't work, so i bought the item and made the purchase and sent them an email and they said they couldn't apply the 10$ off. there's no customer service ..... it was such a small amount they could have helped with.
