"BEWARE - CUSTOM FEES"

BEWARE - something I wasn't aware of until I read their shipping policy. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER. Ordered clothes to be delivered to the UK, paid $15 delivery fee, 5-8 working days and I get an email from DHS that my order has been delivered. Called DHS, it's been delivered to Royal Mail and is being held at customs. I had to pay a whopping $78 extra to have my clothes delivered to me. 3 items of clothing - $278. How are they not making customers more aware of the customs fee we're lumbered with that SO MANY other companies pay. All over their website it states "cheap international delivery prices" but no mention of customs fees until you read the small print. It's a fee I wasn't expecting, I won't be shopping back here. I sent 5 emails with all my information before investigating myself, I got ZERO response.

OMG! I ordered this amazing set. The colors are amazing it's like a Mauve Rose color! The skirt has a stunning slit and matching Bando top, so obsessed with this set. Love the material it's not restricting you have movement you can looking amazing and dance the night away. Babyboofashion you have the perfect collections for beautiful looks! Sent me a dress with a broken zip that I can't put on and if I could I wouldn't be able to get it off. They then took very long to reply to me and then said this isn't a manufacturing defect so they won't refund me even though that's the law? Really poor customer service.

I wanted to start of by saying that I'm not just disappointed, I'm furious because not only did I wait a while for this dress to arrive, but when I received it the material was nothing compared to the picture that is showing on the website nor does it match the description. I asked for a refund and yet they declined and wanted to give me store credit which I didn't want. I just lost $200 from my own money. I'm not the type to leave a review but I was in disbelief when I had received the dress and I had to alert people so that they to don't waste their time and money on such low and cheap material dresses.
