I have never shopped with babyboo before but I will definitely again. I have never bought in store or online with good of quality. The pieces were absolutely stunning on I wish all of my clothes were like this.

The glitter on the dress fell off completely as well as the cheap material. Not as all that I wanted. The dress is shown online in dark lighting for that very reason. Because it looks terrible in the day light

"I'm not having a great experience."

I'm not having a great experience with Baby Boo. They claim that shipments go out same day or within 48 hours during busy periods. Based on this, I selected the regular shipping (both options are quite expensive.) I ordered a week ago and it has still not shipped. Now my items will likely not arrive in time. I emailed to ask if I could pay to upgrade to express shipping, as it has not shipped and I really need these before I leave for vacation. They responded as if they didn't even read my email, it was no help. A few days have gone by since then and my order still has not shipped. It's a shame because I really like the styles. If the customer service was better I could see myself shopping here regularly.

So many beautiful pieces to choose from! Tracking was easy and arrived in good time. I am always nervous about choosing sizes with a new site but the top I received was a perfect fit! So cute and the quality of the fabric really surprised me. Definitely worth it! I would 100% use this site again

"Fifi Maxi Skirt and Top"

I ordered the Fifi Maxi Skirt and matching top in the color champagne (extra small- fits true to size) and I absolutely love it! The material feels so buttery and soft on the skin and holds its material, shape and color even after washes. I wore this for a long day of sight seeing and viewing art galleries/museum and I felt light I was wearing a cloud. I love this set because you can wear the top with jeans or shorts and you can also wear the skirt with a tank top, tee shirt, corset, truly anything (Babyboo has options!)In essence, absolutely adore Babyboo so much. "TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I made a large purchase on babyboo over $1000 worth of clothes. The order has been held up in Australia by customs and babyboo is trying to absolve itself of any responsiblity. It's been well over a month and the tracking shows that the package has been returned back to babyboo. Meanwhile they are telling me to continue tracking a package that has been returned to them. I am so disappointed in babyboo and will caution shoppers to purchase at your own risk. This is my second time shopping with them. First time was seamless but this time has been a nightmare!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing from Babyboo Fashion, and it's safe to say I won't be returning as a customer. The issues I encountered with their service and products were numerous, to say the least.First and foremost, their returns policy is a nightmare. Not only did I have to spend extra money to send the items back, but I was also dismayed to discover that refunds are not offered - only store credit. This meant I had to make another purchase from them, keep in mind I bought two dresses which were around $95 each. To add insult to injury, the quality of the items I received was abysmal. The dresses, which appeared flattering on their models, were far from it in real life! The fabric felt cheap, and the fit was all wrong.But the disappointment didn't end there. Even worse, I I had unexpected customs charges upon receiving my replacement items (this never happened when I first purchased in the beginning). Not only did I have to fork out extra money for shipping tracking back to babyboo fashion ($18), but I also had to pay additional custom fees to retrieve my package ($34.82). This added insult to injury, pushing my overall spend well beyond what I had initially budgeted for.As a UK customer, I feel compelled to warn others against falling into the same trap. Unless you're absolutely certain you won't need to return anything, then steer clear of Babyboo Fashion. Trust me - the potential savings simply aren't worth the headache and disappointment. Save your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere which has a better returns policy.
