This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in history! I'm still waiting for my credit note for 5 MONTHS and have sent over 20 emails to them and all they can tell me is returns department are processing it and to be patient. 5 Months. APPALLING!! They don't even have a number for me to call them on!!

Bought an $80 dress from them in a size XS. It was literally falling off my body it was so big. When I asked to return it they tried to charge me $20 extra for shipping and said they would only give me a store credit instead of my money back. They are unhelpful and their clothes are not true to size.

Honestly, I ordered 4 items - all of them extremely poor quality. Paid 90$for delivery so this is a huge dissapointment for me. Dont order guys. This is not worth it.

I recently bought the Penelope Mini Dress. As soon as I saw it I fell in LOVE! Unfortunately, it was sold out for a few weeks before I could finally get my hands on it. When it arrived, I tried it on and IMMEDIATELY fell in love. I'm usually a size XS/S - bust; 32B, waist; 24/25, hips; 37. I ordered the XS, and was worried because I'm always in between sizes. But it is LITERALLY perfect-even down to the threads and material. I wore it to my graduation with some white strappy heels, and the amount of compliments I got was insane. Afterwards I walked through the street feeling beautiful and got MORE compliments from STRANGERS! I love this dress so much and I've been browsing the site for other dresses for other events. I'd 10/10 recommend.
