If I could give zero stars I would. I paid extra $22 express shipping and the dress never arrived. This in itself caused a whole lot of grief having no dress for my ball. They went on to muck me around then gave me a partial credit stating because I "returned" the dress - I never received it and don't want credit after the ball! Then ceased all contact. PS their partial credit doesn't include $ I lost on express shipping that never arrived. My review was removed from their site which explains the high ratings!! Look after yourself and avoid these guys at all costs!
