DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR RATINGS! Dreadful customer service, my daughter ordered 2 dresses coming to $200, she immediately changed her mind and there was no option to cancel. So we contacted customer service withing 5 minutes of placing the order to say urgent cancel!!! They did not cancel and posted the items. They do not offer refunds and I have been emailing back and forth, I have explained this puts us in financial difficulty but all you recieve back is "have an amazing day"! To top off matters we have just received a notification to say there is a customs charge on the parcel of $78! I am fuming!!! GUYS DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible, the fabric is cheap, I've had SHEIN dresses with a better quality then BABYBOO fashion, I've bought 2 dresses from them because I had a wedding to go and wanted options, I tried them the day I got them and I returned them the same day because there was no way in hell I was going to a black tie wedding looking that cheap, their return policy is horrible and customer service is awful. Do not buy there, save yourself the trouble.

I completely regret buying from this company. For $110 dress and $10 shipping, to make the customer PAY $20 for a return and then only give them store credit is ridiculous! After receiving my order the dress was too small and was totally not $100 dress quality. I am so disappointed and will be loosing money from ordering from here. Horrible horrible experience.

"Late delivery, disappointing appearance"

Not only was it delivered late, but the trixie maxi dress display is incredibly misleading. It does not look like the photo shown at all. The glitter comes off completely on the dress and the cup area for the breasts are disappointing in the fit. I had to work around it so it didn't look awkward. There's no way I would or could wear this again. This was my first time ordering and will not be ordering again. I was much better off keeping my holiday shopping strictly with another Australian brand, Meshki.
