But regardless, that doesn't matter because the dress was horrible quality and I emailed customer service 10 times because they refused to let me return it (I wish I was kidding). The ordering process was very easy. I loved that their Instagram page had enough videos and pictures of the set I ordered which helped me envision how it would look on me. It looked bomb on me. I got so many compliments on it. The material is thick and great quality. Delivery came on time as well.

I've ordered a dress from their Heiress collection, apparently it is their most sold out collection and it took them almost 10 days to deliver it which is a bit long but we had Easter break so I am assuming this is why it took them so long. Yes the material is 100% polyester but I was surprised with the quality of sewing (the dress is fully lined and keeps the shape) and how well it fits me. I have no interest in their other collection as they all look to me like something you could buy from SHEIN. However I will definitely continue buying from their Heiress collection.
