Delivery time is shocking!!!! I payed $115 and then $15 for express delivery after pre ordering a dress that took a month to get to the warehouse. I planned on wearing this dress for my birthday party and am being led to believe it will not be here in time as I have now waited an extra 3 weeks. Delivery time is horrific for how much you are paying !!!!!

I order 2 items both received were poor quality, when I have addressed this with the team and requested a full refund rather than a store credit they have refused. I appreciate that this is their policy, however, under the ACCC if you receive goods outside of the description of the item, you are entitled to a refund. I think the quality of the clothing is poor and the customer service is even worse and I will make sure to pass this information on to other to prevent this from happening again.
