"NO VALUES. DO BETTER."

I am so saddened by the values of Babyboo Fashion. My late sister in law who was 25 years old passed away & was a long term client of this company, to the point that they even made a relationship and babyboo would comment on every single picture she posted as if they were her friend. She passed away suddenly and ordered something right before she passed (she did not even receive the item) we contacted the company to please take the item back and issue a refund due to her passing away and they refused and told the family to try and "sell" the items. I understand a company has policies but it's values are what's most important, the money is not even the issue but how they handled this situation and their lack of sympathy is digusting and I refuse to give a company with NO VALUES money. This was not a situation that happens all the time, this was sudden and tragic. DO BETTER. The family is going through a hard time and to have to receive these packages and try to sell them off should be the last thing they have to deal with, especially when babyboo would be able to sell the product faster and more efficiently.

When in doubt I always order from babyboo it is my holy grail the materials, the colour scheme, designs so much hard work and creativity has been put into it and it shows. I've never had a problem when ordering from babyboo I've met some of the staff and they are all lovely. Always dedicated and going above and beyond to provide the best possible service for us as customers and it really shows. I love this brand so much I'm always satisfied with the items I receive and the quality is so great aswell as there always being a variety for any occasion

I bought a dress for my daughter's 16th birthday party for all of $92.00! The dress fitted badly, and I am unable to return and be refunded my money. I can return but can't be refunded. I would be given a voucher to purchase another dress from this store. Why would I want to do that? Buy another dress that may fit badly and never get my money back. I won't be purchasing from this company again.
