I'm gonna be fully transparent with my whole experience. At first I ordered but there were some mistakes with shipping address and even confirmation email (mistake on my part) and customer service was sweet and helped me get everything sorted! Its a hit or miss with customer service, sometimes they take a few days to respond, sometimes hours. Shipping exactly took 2 weeks from when I ordered it (I'm in the US). The dress itself is so beautiful and I'm so happy. I bought it for prom and I ordered off the size chart based on my waist line, it fits perfectly and the material doesnt feel cheap. So happy but obviously take this review with consideration that your outcome could be different if there were complications! Hope it helps! I definitely recommend.
