Overall flawless shopping experience. Price is reasonable compared to other brands with similar styles. Clothing quality is better than expected. Both dresses I purchased are come with inner lining and true to size. Dispatch time and shipping are quick. The only I would complain is their popular design sold out extremely fast that I can't buy it. Other than that, this brand is great and I will definitely stay with them.

"Customs Fee Costs"

I have ordered 2 dresses, already paying the $15 shipping fee, and after waiting a few weeks have now received an email from Royal Mail informing me that I have to pay $54.55 in order to receive my order because of custom charges. There was no heads up of this when placing my order, therefore I just want to put this on as a warning for anyone ordering, as you need to be prepared to pay a large fee after already spending a lot on an item. I have not received my items yet therefore I cannot comment on the quality of the items. However I was just highly shocked at the customs charge, which I had no reason to expect. After looking on BabyBoo's website afterwards, it mentions potential extra costs on items over $135. My order is over this price by 80p, but this contains the $15 delivery. Therefore if this is the reason for the cost of my customs fee, then I think this needs reiterating in the shipping information so that people are prepared.

Recently purchased and wore the Joyce Maxi dress in Black. The perfect dress and silhouette I was looking for! It fit my body perfectly, and seriously had so many heads turning asking where I got it from. Definitely will be shopping again soon! Best quality and shipping was extremely fast!

Beautiful dresses, However, I bought the yellow Lacey dress and one strap snapped when I tried it on and the second ended up snapping when I wore it out for the first time. The stitching is pretty light on. Really disappointing for the price.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BABYBOO. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered six different outfits on the beginning September 2023 but only received an outfit I didn't even order. I contact customer service about ten times and didn't get a response back until December. They asked for the items to be sent back and that after seven days they will get back to me. Now, it's been three weeks and have contacted numerous times about getting the items I ordered or a refund. Funny how they keep on sending me advertisement but no response.

Although the shipment arrived somewhat on time, and the quality of the goods were ok, customer service and their return policy is terrible, and that is why I will never order form them again!In response to your response, why didn't respond to my request regarding my question about the return yet you are more concerned responding to my review on TrustPilot? That is so intentional and your customer service team should havetaken the time to respond to my question. I still had time to return my item, yet nobody responded to my question that there was no link provided to return, again intentional so you make it impossible for anyone to return and if you look at other reviews where customers tried to return their goods, you make it difficult for them to do so Boo! So there right back at you Boo:( Don't try to make yourselves look good when the reviews speak for themselves!
