"Received a damaged dress"

Received a damaged dress. Was able to communicate with the website to send it back and asked for a refund. I mailed it back, and I was told that I would be getting store credit. In My original communication with them I asked for a refund and did NOT want store credit. After I emailed them stating I wanted a refund they responded saying they could give me back the dress or give me a refund. I AGAIN asked for a refund and now I have received no response in three days. I'm very upset that they are now with holding about $100 from me. Don't shop here they are fraudulent

"PERFECT but go by the measurements"

*shipping gets a little wonky w/tracking being that it's international but it was on time on the date provided.*the dress was perfect! it fit perfectly even though my daughter is top "heavy" & was unsure it would being that it had a corset like structure to it. we ordered a medium based on their measurements to accommodate her bust, per measurement she would have been okay for a small every where else. the fabric had a small amount of stretch to it and it isn't forgiving so be aware of what you wear under it as it easily shows all lines & dimpling. my daughter is on the petite side & is very thin aside from her "assets" these garments are definitely made for slimmer body types & isn't american standard sizing. my daughter also put it through the wash without my knowledge & it also laundered perfectly fine.

"They stole my money"

I ordered a dress which arrived too late and I had already left the country. I informed them. The order had to be returned. They didn't refund me the money. 135 eu, they gave me a credit code that I could use to purchase sth which I never asked for. THEFT !
