Absolutely shocking. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!The customer service is awful. Shipping time is no where near the 5-8 days that they state, and will not refund the shipping cost as 'it's out of their control', clearly they do not express their shipping!! Why state that it will arrive? They say they cannot process a refund & you will only receive a store credit. I am not accepting this! ALSO an $80 import tax, I will not be paying & the dresses will be returned for a full refund, I am not halving it!!!

What ever you do don't order from this site I placed an order on the 27th of November its says it takes 10 days to deliver I still haven't got my items to this day and they have tried telling me its been delivered yesterday the 14th of December which it hasn't I get home today to a card from royal mail saying there's a customs charge of $62.50 that I have to pay to get my items that have already cost me $200 its disgusting how these people rip you off and they don't even give you a refund they offer a credit note how is that possible

"Do not buy from babyboo"

I bought a dress from babyboo paid $200 cad. It arrived after 30 days and I had to pay $75 cad custom on it which is just absurd. the dress literally came in a cheap packaging worse than shein. I could have got a better dress from Zara seriously. I think they should mention about the customs while shipping or something. If I return the dress I get only store credit and would have to buy something and maybe pay for the custom again. The dress it good quality but it didn't look that good on my body not everyone has a toned body. It's so upsetting. I can't get my money back and cannot even wear the dress ruined my bday ?

"The images are deceiving"

The images are deceiving. We ordered the red with satin shine and received a dark red to burgandy. Images are altered and not the actual colour. Our dress turned out to be the colour of the rose petals surrounding the model.

The dresses are poor quality, the size chart is completely off, sad part is you can't get a refund for the cheap material of the dresses they give you a gift card. I've never been ripped off this bad by a clothing company.
