I saw the Juliene dress in navy from the renaissance collection all over my Instagram Ads before it launched and from the first moment I laid my eyes on it I knew I had to have it! I ordered it as soon as it went live and it came so quick! This dress has to be the most beautifully structured dress I've ever seen and owned! The one shoulder detail to the high leg split, the corset, just everything about this dress is crafted so beautifully. It's so flattering and the quality is unmatched. I literally want to own it in every single colour, I've never been complimented so many times before. The whole renaissance collection is gorgeous, Babyboo have outdone themselves big time! ???

"This place is a scam"

This place is a scam. I paid $90 for a dress that was poor quality and did not fit properly. When I tried to return it they refused to give me a refund and also tried to charge me $20 to return the dress with the only option of store credit and then I'd have to pay shipping yet again. I will never buy from here again.

I ordered the Alana Mini Dress in black and it was perfect. The order took about 3 weeks to arrive (10-15 business days) to the United States but I made sure to order with time before I was planning to use it. The dress is so simple but so beautiful ?, received many compliments

I ordered my daughter's prom dress three weeks ago and we still have not received it. When I contacted them they said that it's hung up in customs, that is beyond their control and take zero responsibility for this. Then the email said thank you for your understanding and kindness!!!! Ummm, I'm not understanding and not feeling kind. We spent 140.00 on a prom dress that isn't going to apparently make it here for my daughters prom to where I'm going to have to send it back, that is if it ever arrives to only get a credit. Please beware of this and know you may not get the item you need for a special occasion and that they take zero responsibility to make the situation better. Beyond upset and in disbelief!

I'm really disappointed with babyboo's policies. I ordered a dress for my daughter at $15 delivery, whilst it arrived within a week, it wasn't the same quality as the photos on the website and the sizing was out.I had to pay to return the dress, another $9 only to be issued with a credit note. Very disappointing as there is nothing suitable we would like to order, so basically I'm $130 out of pocket. All online orders are surely eligible for a refund?
