"Gave me the wrong return address and it was hard to get a hold of Customer Service."

I ordered my dress a month ago. It didn't fit and was too big. I requested a return order. Returned it the next day and printed out the slip they emailed me and everything.. just for the USPS to say it was the wrong address. I re-entered the address again and paid $20 fee. Also it was a $20 to return the dress. I'm not sure where the dress is.. probably might not make its way back to the company. I contacted Baby Boo two times.. once two weeks ago and again the other day with all the screenshots of my order and USPS contacting me. No response from them yet. A bit disappointed.

The color of the Ariel Maxi Dress in Ivory is nowhere similar to the pictures. It is a baby pink which ruined my engagement photos. The quality is cheap and not the "stretch satin" the site says. Also the return policy in detail is not what is advertised as "30 day return".

"Awful returns policy and misleading photos"

I returned an Item that cost me $120, and the return cost me $10, as the smell was off, the quality did not look like the photo and the size was wrong. Overall it was bad and i was not impressed with this website.They sent me a store credit instead of a refund, which i rejected as again I was not impressed with them, they Photoshop the pictures on their website so heavily the colour differed, the fabric looked so different & it smells a bit like plastic. Honestly this $120 dress was max worth $20 its absolutely crazy. Would've gotten the same quality at china merchants such as Shein.I needed a dress for a wedding and been scammed with their heavily photoshopped photos and nasty policy.Now I have a worthless voucher and given my money to a company who clearly do not care for their customers. Their whole approach with this situation made it worse and i will fight for my consumer rights and will get my money back and report them for their not clearly advertised policy and breach of UK consumer rights. I hope they make changes and adjust appropriately to the UK law.Would not recommend if you are searching for a special occasion or have quality standards

Tried to communicate with them but there is no way, placed an order 22 days ago and haven't receive any updates, tracking provided don't work. There is no phone number to contact, and I've sent about 7-8 emails trying to solve this with no luck.
