"Unacceptable Discrepancy Between Product Advertised and Received, Poor Customer Service, and Inadequate Exchange Policy"

I am sharing my disappointing experience with a recent purchase. I ordered the Ivory-colored dress for my daughter's bridal shower (wearing white is tradition), as shown in the Baby Boo Product Shot. However, what I received was a Cream/Champagne-colored dress, a significant deviation from the advertised color.My request for a simple exchange for the correct color was met with a disheartening response. The company refused to acknowledge the error, attributing the difference to lighting variations between studio and natural light. As someone with 20 years of experience in advertising design and product photoshoots, I find this explanation inadequate. It is illegal to mispresent the presentation (without an apparent disclaimer) of a product - at least here in the States - I will look up Australian laws, and possibly report. Furthermore, the proposed solution of returning the dress at my expense and potentially receiving a Gift Voucher after 35 days is both impractical and unfair. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the company's customer service and accountability for their mistake.

The shipping is always so fast and I never have to stress about the quality of my outfits. Also the website is so great in showing off the clothes and all the features of the clothes. "Wouldn't purchase again"

I'd been eyeing the dresses on Babyboo for a while as they have cute styles and the models look so great, however I'm left disappointed. I bought the Nessa Dress for a party and while it fits (I'm a size 6 with smaller waist and larger hips) it sheds glitter EVERYWHERE to the point I'd be embarrassed to walk through a friends house with a trail of glitter in my wake. The quality is also not what I'd expect for a $120 dress, the straps feel like they could rip off the dress easily. For the price point I'd purchase somewhere locally instead, or find a dupe on Shein for the same quality. 2 stars that it's not a total waste, but not a company I'll order from again.

I bought the Tana Maxi Skirt in Lemon. First of all the colour is STUNNING! The skirt gives you shape and looks fabulous with heels or dressed down with flats! So impressed. I would love to see it in other colour ways. Baby boo's service is great. They are very responsive and deliver quite quick.
