"I never received my parcel, SCAM COMPANY"

I never received my parcel. Contacted customer service numerous times and they refused to give me a refund for a dresses I never received. They said that they didn't deliver it to the address that I put on the order (who even does that??) and sent it to a random Royal Mail depot. The Royal Mail depot said they had received no parcel for me. Been and checked THREE times and babyboo refuse to send me my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT'S A SCAM!!
