I'm very disappointed on this website I send messages and no one replies after 3 days still no feedback. sad that they don't have a customer service line for clients to talk with them for situations.I purchased dresses and there website says 5 to 10 days for Canada ?? going on 17 days still nothing.Read their policy and be ware it says that if the parcel is lost or damaged they are not responsible????? Then they have no return policy and last basically I think I just lost 300$ of my money????I will be disputing this with PayPal because I think this company is fraud !Sad company don't buy from them !!!If so beware!

Everything I've ever received has always been a hit! Sizing is accurate from everything I have purchased from skirts to corset tops. I believe for the most part the clothing is reasonably priced for what you are receiving still haven't had a tare or a zipper breaking on anything I have ever purchased! And when ever I have had issues with my order customer care has been quick to respond and resolve the issue! Love everything about this store!

I got Ariel in Rust and it was beautiful once it was steamed out. It looked great, and made my birthday. The sizing is difficult to determine and the models on the website are not body-diverse enough to be helpful. It's important that the models represent the different sizes that you offer so customers can shop more easily.
