"Babyboo is a scam"

I had my graduation prom coming up and i decided to order my dress from Babyboo when i checked how long it would take it said 5 to 10 days the dress looked really pretty online and 10 days was actually perfect. I got the dress and as soon as i payed I got an email saying that my dress would take 15 days or even more. I tried canceling the order but it is not an option i contacted them with the situation and all they said is that they could only refund me and only in store credit where the 22 SHIPPING wasn't even included in the return. I got the dress again but with express shipping everything was alright until i got an email saying i had to also pay 56 extra dollars for the dress to get to my country I emailed them about the issue because after buying two 150 dresses i couldn't pay extra 50 dollars, all they did is send me an automatic created email and ignored the rest of my messages. I ended up paying about 200, + the 150 of the other dress which are not refundable, for a Shein quality dress. The fabric feels cheap in my opinion do not buy from Babyboo its a scam, not worth the money or time stressing about your order They don't care about their customers at all and wont even address your issues.

"Low quality and bad customer service"

I was told that they would not refund me for the leather pants that I purchased. The button immediately popped off as if it was glued and not stitched. Not to mention the quality of the garment is quite poor. Do not buy from this company - they have bad business strategies.

"Scam alert"

Scam alert! I Ordered an outfit in June. It was horrible quality and came damaged. I emailed them In June and after months of not replying back, ignoring the question & avoiding me. I finally got the approval for a refund in Aug. I sent the item back on Aug. No refund email or return. I spent 180$ and I didn't even get a store credit. I emailed them back twice first time they ignored second time it said the email bounced back and it said "address not found". Just don't order from them Shein has better quality too.

"First Babyboo experience"

This was my first time ordering from Babyboo. My experience was very good. I bought two dresses. Although I only wore one so far, I did try on both. Both dresses are very nice quality and flattering to the body. In my experience they looked exactly as they did on the site. The shipping time was good also. I would definitely order from Babyboo again, and yes I would recommend them to anyone.

If you need the perfect outfit for an occasion, shop at babyboo!! I needed a pink outfit for my birthday and struggled to find anything online and in store. I ended up finding the pink set of my dreams on babyboo's website and I'm still in love with it till this day. I ordered the Maura corset top and mini skirt in blush and it was the best purchase I've ever made. I felt amazing wearing the set and I had no regrets! The sizing was great, it is super high quality and the satin/silk fabric was so flattering on. I also have to mention how fast express shipping was! I love that even after my event, I can wear both pieces separately and create more stylish and iconic outfits. Gotta love babyboo!!
