Do not buy! They sent me a faulty item that was an entire foot shorter than pictured. The Arabella dress. Don't buy it. I'm 5'4 and it was above my ankles. The return policy says it will give a full refund for a faulty item however they did not make good on this. I have been going back and forth via email and they refuse to give me my money back and the return shipping fee is $20! So they are making MEpay to return an item that's missing fabric. Do not buy from them. The clothing you get looks nothing like what they picture. They do not make good on faulty items so their return policy is a lie.

I love the clothes at Baby Boo recently! They are so cute, classy, trendy, and of good quality. They have the perfect outfits for a night out, a date night, or cute/causal day time events. For my last purchase, I had store credit from a dress I ordered in the summer that ended up being a size too small for me. Baby Boo made the store credit easily accessible through an electronic gift card I applied as I was checking out. I can't wait to see what their next collections look like!

If i could leave 0 stars i would! i will say their clothes are cute, but i place an order almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it and never will because i left my rental in spain to go back to the US. i paid for 8-12 day shipping. it's been over 40 days. and the associate taylor, instead of apologizing and making things right by offering to refund or re send my items i paid over 200$for, she just keeps saying basically sorry tough luck. i have never had such horrible customer service in my life. and now what i'm out 200$+????! and no dresses??? i couldn't be more furious.
