received a dress a month ago - hook and eye damaged so dress not even tried on, Photos emailed to Babyboo and i was advised they would issue a credit note. Explained as faulty i required a full refund - they then asked i return the item- which i did the next day. 4 weeks later they have said that it left their uk warehouse and are currently awaiting the item back in Australia before it can be checked and then a refund issued. I chased this up on 27/3 and was responded to by someone who clearly has not read my previous many messages to say only credit notes issued as worn - which the item was clearly not as returned with tags and damage on the day it was received by me, the person on the emails had not bothered to read the thread. I am still waiting for my refund and will be taking this to the small claims court for receiving a damaged item therefore requiring a full refund. will never use this company again and will be telling as many people as possible to avoid at all costs.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced Ordered a dress for my hen, the dress arrived from Australia to Ireland, I took it out of the bag and immediately the stretchy spaghetti strap snapped off the dress when I put it on. Let alone my floor was destroyed in glitter all over the house which was like a sick joke it was the most expensive glitter bomb I ever received.When I wrote to customer service for a refund, it's funny how the tone of the girl totally changed. She left her signature off, stopped putting an 'x' At the end of her email and her emails went from warm and friendly to just about responding to my query.She stated that they would have to send the item to see if it was a manufacturing fault. In the end, they blamed me for the stretchy strap snapping off, saying that it is not a stretchy strap and would break if it was pulled hard. Even though all I did was put the dress on, so they don't allow any room for actually wearing the dress? Now I'm stuck with a $90 gift card as they refused a refund. Will never order again and will discourage friends from ordering.

QUALITY IS ABISMAL!!!!! I just received a dress that I was super excited about. I wasn't expecting the most amazing quality in the world but for $120 I expect better than SHEIN. The worst thing is that I can't even get a refund because the item isn't "faulty", only store credit. I dont even want to use the store credit !! Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Ridiculous company and there are so many better options out there ! P.S I almost never write reviews but if this helps save one person a great deal of disappointment and a wasted $100++, I am happy.
