"Refund and unexpected transport fees"

Really poor service had a credit not due to not being able to return an item. Purchased some things with this credit note, paying $15 for postage and delivery. To have an email from Royal Mail that I need to pay customs $64, contacted babyboo and they stated I needed to pay it and this is in there policy although I never had this issue with my first purchase, and it is not made clear when purchasing an item. Very disappointed because there outfits aren't cheap!!

Love love loveeee. There's a perfect dress on here for all bodies. For someone who's always been very particular with dresses these dresses make me feel so confident and comfortable. The money is always worth it when buying off here and delivery is quite fast in my opinion.

"TERRIBLE customer service & HORRIBLE quality!"

I ordered their Ariel Maxi Dress in a size XS and I was not happy with it at all. The dress came damaged, one of the straps were completely torn off in the back and not fixable. On top of that, the dress quality was extremely cheap for the price. Very flimsy material and the sizing was way off. I usually wear a small but I got an XS to make sure it'd fit me tighter for the event. This dress was NOT an XS at all. Despite the strap, I tried on the dress in this dress was big on me! It was more like a S/M rather than an XS. I had so much bagging around the stomach area and even with stiletto heels on, the dress was very long (I'm 5'5"). I was going to keep the dress and attempt to fix it because I needed to for an event the next day but the quality just wasn't worth it. Even SHEIN has better quality clothing. I wrote them multiple times providing photos of the damage and they've only replied once. I proceeded to write them two more time and nothing. As soon as I saw the damage, I wrote them which was Friday. Today is Monday, almost Tuesday in Australia and still no response. I came to read other reviews and wish I had before ever purchasing from them. I'm not sure how they're receiving 5 stars reviews but buyer beware, you will NOT be receiving the same dress you're seeing on the site. They have to be doing a lot of editing but the quality simply isn't there. This is basically a scam. Selling $10 dresses for $100+.
