"Another 11 days with out a response"

Another 11 days with out a response - the fact that you guys are now ignoring my emails is beyond a joke! Can someone get back to me on this.Absolutely raging now.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Firstly accidentally ordered to of the same dress in different sizes on the website, the dress was pre order so was not due to be dispatched straight away. Emailed babyboo to amend the order as I didn't want both sizes. After this I realised that they DO NOT offer refunds and only a gift card of the value you have spent. Also when ordering to the UK as well as paying the $15 for delivery you then need to pay $80 custom fees when it arrives!!!I have emailed babyboo and asked them to cancel my whole order which I felt was acceptable due to it being a pre order item but they have said I can't cancel and will have to send the dresses back to them and only receive a gift card of the value. So I will now have a $200 gift card for a website that every-time I use will need to pay $80 to receive an already expensive item.If you're from the UK, 100% avoid.

"Faulty dress ."

Faulty dress .. Was delivered faulty very bad quality for a dress that's $100. Couldn't wear due to the plastic corset strips poking out of the dress. They couldn't offer me another as it was all sold out! I should have been given a refund! I was told to take it to a tailor by customer service and that they would give me 50percent voucher for next purchase . Iv been ignored since then!!

Terrible quality of clothing for the price. You could get better quality with Shein. Hidden customs fees and takes so long to get to you. Also their return policy is garbage. Overall terrible never buy from here.
