"Horrendous DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM"

Horrendous. Not only is my delivery nearly a month late but they have put a $70 price on delivery where I am expected to pay a customs charge to the UK. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. I have never known a company in my life to treat customers this way.

I actually love babyboo! I bought my first items there back in June of 2023, and have bought several since. Everything fits me so perfectly and is made of the best quality!! Their shipping is always extremely fast for coming from out of the country and always comes in cute packaging. I don't really trust many online store because I feel like the quality isn't there for the price, but this is one of the stores that I absolutely love and will continue to shop at for all occasions.

My experience with this online store has been absolute nightmare and disgusting. I ordered a dress for my birthday, but it didn't fit.. then ordered another dress and promptly returned the first one. However, it has been over 4 months, and despite numerous emails, including screenshots of my orders and returns, I haven't received a refund. I've bombarded them with emails and evidence, but they couldn't care less. Their replies on Instagram are useless they just ask me to email them, ignoring the fact that I've already done that It's beyond frustrating. Waiting almost four months for my money back is beyond unacceptable. They're nothing but scammers, and it's maddening.

Ordered clothes which have still have not arrived, so i decided to cancel this order and they said i will not receive a refund? I don't understand i never received my parcels and have not received a refund. worst place i have ever shopped from even little business will refund you and this massive business will not. shocking

I ordered a dress on the 4th and still have not received it. I have left MULTIPLE comments all over their social medias with my info., sent 3 emails and a message, sent instagram DMs, etc. I tried tracking my order on the website and it gives me an error message and says I have no previous orders under the account but I have a screenshot with the confirmation after purchasing listing that same email that my account is under. I also tried looking the order under the same account I used to purchase it and it says their is no orders under the account.. I haven't even received any email confirmations or updates????
