"Beware"

Beware! The web states "full refunds" but they most certainly do NOT give you your money back! They only gave a store credit even when the exchange was purchased in advance! It was not even a complete store credit! They also charged $20 for a return label! Who does that??!! So in the end, a $99 dress that I didn't even like ended up costing $24 more for their expensive shipping fees plus $20 more for returning it, I ended up purchasing an exchange dress thinking I would get my refund and it was $113 plus the $24 shipping again and at the end I only got a $97 store credit! Does the loss make sense? I should have kept the ugly dress and moved on from this store if I only knew that I would have ended up loosing more in the end ! Complete rip off!

Absolutely love everything about the dress I ordered so much so that I just ordered another dress <3 quality is amazing and it shipped so fast!!! Sizing is also on point, for reference I ordered a small and I'm 5'7, 34" bust, 26-27" waist, and 37" hips! Love this company!!!

This dress was really bad quality and even looked cheap on. It really sucks that they don't do refunds and just give store credit for returns, since their quality is so low and I don't want to buy anything else. I was trying to get a cute prom dress but unfortunately just wasted money. I wouldn't recommend this store, especially in case you don't like the product you won't get any money back and making a return is also $20 USD extra.
