I ordered a dress on the 18th of march, was given a shipping number the next day. After the time frame it was supposed to arrived in came and went, I contacted the shipping provider who told me I'd been given a false shipping code. After much back and for I finally got a refund a month later. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I can tell you that Babyboo's website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and makes shopping a breeze. They have clear product descriptions and helpful filters to find exactly what you need. Most of my clothes are from Babyboo. When it's my birthday, Christmas, or any other holiday and my friends and family get me gifts from Babyboo it beats anything else I've ever received. I bought a dress from Babyboo for my birthday last year and had so much confidence in myself that I received compliments from every club and bar I went to. I even found the love of my love now from that night. This year I'm buying my birthday dress from Babyboo again ??

"Faulty dress and lack of accountability"

I bought the Chrishelle Maxi Dress in black for a formal event, and while it looked beautiful the dye from the dress kept coming off and rubbing onto everything. It ruined my acrylic nails and brand new Naked Vice bag which was birthday gift from my boyfriend's family. The dye never came off my nails despite all efforts and my bag is now permanently stained. My dress was also rubbing on the table cloths at the venue leaving marks everywhere which was very embarrassing as it was a formal event. I looked on the website and there was no warning or instructions advising this, I'd even washed the dress prior to wearing it. I sent them an email and they refused to take any responsibility for the damages or give me a full refund despite causing hundreds of dollars worth of damages. Without me agreeing they sent me $36 out of "goodwill" as a way to get out of providing me a proper refund. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and lack of accountability.

Ordered 9 days ago nothing has been shipped even though they say within 48 hours - I have emailed now 4 times no replies - they have seen and read my Instagram DMs and left me on read. They have the time to Delete all my Insta comments. Have taken $$ and not shipped items and I'm getting ignored. A ton of comments and people in same position.
