I would give 0 if I could. The returns policy is terrible - they are hoarding customer money and not giving a refund. I have used the store credit 3 times now and nothing fits me or looks nice on me. I am usually a size 8 and I have ordered an M each time and it's too small? Its ridiculous. I have order the only things I like on the site - why am I not getting a refund?

If I could I would put no stars! My daughter ordered three dresses for a formal occasion. We payed extra for express shipping wich indacated 3-5 buisness days. Three weeks later, the order was still not shipped. We contacted them to cancel the order as our event had already happend and no dresses where shipped. They tell us that the order is on its way and no possible way to cancel. Two weeks later, we get a call from custums claiming 180.00$ canadian for taxes. We refused to pay once again as we had clearly mentioned to CANCEL the order. We then get another e-mail stating that those charges will be DEDUCTED from a CREDIT that we would have with them. Clearly they are theifs and just want your money. We will be taking court action with this and will be taking an attorney to resolve this!

Denmark.I don't know how it is for other countries but in Denmark I had to pay import taxes 50% of the value of the products just to get it. You can imagine it is impossible to return also in these conditions. I did not know they send the package from Australia and they don't have any convention to avoid paying useless taxes, not worth it at all.

we ordered 3 dresses back in 2020, however none of these dresses where delivered and they where my birthday presents that cost my mom 268 Australian dollars or whatever, I had no idea what happened to these dresses but I did try emailing but no one helped, I then forgot about this site until I stumbled upon it again and thought I would share my expierence so people could be weary....I've had a reply and this is what I have to say, you don't have to do anything as it's been 3 years however I'm writing this review because it's what happend back then, the only reason I'm writing this review now is because I was going to buy something else off your website and then remebered what happend in 2020 and saw I could put reviews up so I did, I waited for my parcel back then and it just wasnt coming I then sent it back BEFORE it got here as pretty sure use where asking for extra money just to bring it in or something and use gave me store credit it seems. not the full price I paid because shipping was like $40 or whatever plus the extra stuff you wanted but how on Earth was that helpful to my mom she wasn't going to go buying dresses from you and use just refused to give a refund and I dont think that's very good service
