I ordered the Jacinta Dress Ivory in medium. I received the Ferna mini skirt Hot pink in XXL. I paid $28.66CAD in duties. I've requested for the proper order to be sent to me. They won't reimburse me for the duties I paid on the wrong order and expect me to pay $60CAD for a return. Completely unacceptable!! I've sent so many emails with no reply. This place is a scam and I won't stop until I get my money back & a voucher is UNACCEPTABLE. This is THEIR FAULT yet they won't fix the issue! I've asked to speak to a manager and still waiting.

"Suit with pants but only got the jacket"

Bought a sage Pants and jacket as advertised.The pictures showed the jacket and pants and belt.I am Now surprised a got the jacket and a button to do it up and a beltAs shown, but know pants and the clearly showed the jacket belt and pants in all photos.

This feels like a scam. Order was never received and after multiple e-mails I now have to wait to get my money back for an order that I ordered on the 23rd of Feb for a Gala on the 15 of March. Promise of delivery of 8 to 12 days was not met. I can understand that delivery can be late, but the fact that my money is not refunded asap for a package i didn't receive is for me unacceptable.

"AWFUL customer service!!"

AWFUL customer service!!! I ordered a dress from them following their sizing guide on their website I ordered a small. Once I got the dress and I tried it on it was not a small and didn't even fit me!! I promptly sent it back, writing a kind email I explained my situation. THEY DIDNT EVEN ADDRESS MY ISSUE and just said that it's a store policy to issue store credit. Additionally it took them so long to reply to my email. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Pixie dress"

I ordered Xpress shipping for my birthday and it came just in time. The dress fit me like a glove. It was so beautiful and the heels were very comfortable. Usually I have to break heels in, but the first time I wore them no problems.
