"Expensive lesson learned"
I may have submitted a review already but cannot find it. I ordered a dress 4 weeks before the event I needed it for. Shipping took 14 days, as the Babyboo website said it could. The Katrina mini dress is very pretty but it is a beast to iron. Made of a sateen cotton, it wrinkles badly, and it comes in a shrink-wrapped 10"x12" plastic bag. Sizing is way off. I ordered size XS for a US size 0, but could not zip it past the waist. There wasn't time to return the dress, wait for a credit to be posted, and then order a replacement. As the customer service agent advised, I ordered a size Small, which came just in time and barely fit. Returning the too-small dress from the US to AU cost nearly as much as the dress, with postage and Customs fees. The store credit which the company issues is good for only 6 months, a detail buried in small print on the Refund page. After my experience I learned about Trust Pilot and looked up Babyboo. The reviews were very bad, detailing the same issues I had; overall score was low. This was 6 months ago. Today I see a much different picture on Trust Pilot with a flurry of reviews rating the business with 5 stars. Many of the reviews boast about exactly the details which were problems for me. Scrolling to page 9 or 10 of the reviews, you begin to see 1 star ratings again. I think the Trust Pilot software and other means to detect fake reviews may have been compromised. Don't order from Babyboo unless you have plenty of time for reorders, are willing to pay return shipping and customs, and are satisfied with poor customer service. Edit: BABYBOO provided a response to my review with standard marketing language. The response suggested contacting their staff to get sizing advice. Customers would not need to do that IF the size chart on the website actually corresponded to the garments, but it does not. I would not change my review in any way. The garments are pretty, sizing is off, returning an item is VERY expensive, and to return an item from the US and exchange for a different size takes about 28 days.

This is the worse company that I have ever dealt with . Products arrived 2 weeks out with timescales ! Quality was cheap and appalling for the money paid. The quality of shein is much better , less costly and better customer service. Further no refunds offered only credit note: . Dresses arrived crushed to bits , threads everywhere .

Avoid avoid avoid I returned a dress waited 2 months to get a store credit then purchased a new dress and paid for delivery upon arrival into the uk the company didn't pay for the customs fee I now have to pay an additional $55.56 to be told off them they don't pay this when my first original order it was paid disgusting company worst customer service I would avoid at all cost what ever country you I've seen on here another person go through the same thing in Italy clearly it's an occurring thing they are doing vile vile vile u pay for ur item delivery and then have to pay customs fees which isn't cheap

*AVOID THIS BUSINESS*. First of all I payed $19 to have it delivered within 5-8 days, to then have it turn up 11 days later made it a complete waste of money! I live in the uk and Since they're based in Australia, the Custom chargers are ridiculous! I ordered 2 dresses and was going to be charged $76, the fact you will be charged for customs should be clearly shown on their website, especially since it's such a large sum of money!! So of course I refused to pay this and sent it back to Baby boo. It's now nearly 3 months later, they're ignoring my emails and I still have no refund !

"Crappy return policy"
Crappy return policy! Spent almost $30 for shipping and over $200 for two dresses and their sizing is CRAP. A small is an extra small. I could barely get the dress on. And now to return it I have to pay another fricken $20 to RETURN DRESSES THAT DONT FIT ME. If you buy here, please size up or actually don't buy here. I'm a petite small woman and even a small damn dress won't fit me. It's such a hassle to return and the fact that I paid over $200 for two dresses. The way they price their clothing it should be AT LEAST free returns. You're better off spending your money on Amazon or another website with better return policy. So dissapointed

Very friendly with customer support, the dress is GORGEOUS i love it so much!! The material is good and all the dresses there are such a vibe. Saw this online store on Tiktok hauls and its an Authentic fashion shop and i would buy there again.
