When migrating a website to Hostinger from another server, we encounter certain issues. Initially, Hostinger requests the domain name we wish to use for our website. However, when we input our old domain name, an error occurs that the domain name is already in use. The meaning of migration seems unclear to them in this context.Additionally, pointing a domain purchased from another provider to Hostinger is a slow process, and it takes an excessive amount of time to complete. When we seek assistance through chat support, we interact with an AI chat manager instead of receiving direct support from a human agent, which can be frustrating.
