I had a domain name through Google, when they sold to squarespace I have had nothing but problems. HOSTINGER has been the exact opposite. Customers support was excellent. concise, easy to follow, and made sure we were on the same page when trying to solve my problem (they even used screenshots of my account to make sure I was looking at the same thing). Hostinger in general have been easy to use and low maintenance; with a better UI than Google or squarespace like I had before.

Scam . even their ceo admitted their 85% reviews are fake .Bought the annual plan with website , they informed me 24hrs later that I cancelled the domain which I didn't. I cannot get any reply or refund from them, no communication and no way to contact them. They took my money and ran. Avoid this company. Now they say reply to their reply to sort out their mess but don't actually give me a way to contact them! I'm $36 down not including the work and time up on to create my site which I had to redo with another company. Consumer protection agency need to look at this scam
