"ENFURIATED with Hostinger's customer."

ENFURIATED with Hostinger's customer service! My domain, fftoolsapk.pro, has been ILLEGALLY suspended for 18 DAYS without a single VALID EXPLANATION. This SHAMEFUL act has crippled my business, leaving my website in the DIGITAL GRAVEYARD.For 18 agonizing days, I have contacted AT LEAST 20 CUSTOMER AGENTS and I have sent dozen of emails to Hostinger support with inquiries. All we get are PATHETIC COPY-PASTE RESPONSES about a so-called "dedicated team" working on the issue. LIARS! There's no dedicated team, just a BROKEN RECORD spewing out empty promises.EIGHTEEN DAYS! A new company could be built in that time! Yet Hostinger can't resolve a simple issue? INCOMPETENCE at its finest!ICANN has clear regulations regarding domain suspensions. Hostinger's actions reek of a FLAGRANT VIOLATION. The negative impact on my business, and countless others, is UNACCEPTABLE.Here's the truth, Hostinger: You prioritize DAMAGE CONTROL over customer satisfaction. Your social media manager will likely respond with BLAND ASSURANCES about security and resolution and say "we closely monitor all cases and our dedicated team is investigating". DON'T BOTHER! "Fantastic service but cache and resource are locked"

I honestly wish to remove that review because the average server service is excellent. A) there is a loading icon for every site that sometimes never stop loading and sites do not open. Zero support for that. It happens at every kind of site. Never had it again at other hosting panels. B) if you reach more than 50% of your resources at Hosting and/or VPS service be careful (!) because if the CPU hit at 100% once, then you are forced to upgrade you package. It is hard to find what happened, even from an unprotected website with DDOs. That it not very kind.

"They Refunded Me For My Mistake"

While navigating my website set-up, I mistakenly purchased a Hosting package I didn't need. It was my fault for not understanding the process. I requested a refund, which was granted, but as I paid with Google Pay, they could not refund via this payment method according to their policy. However, after speaking with Fabia at customer services, she kindly spoke to her manager and arranged for the refund directly to me rather than as a Hostinger account credit. I am very grateful.
