"Painfull process to find anything."

Painfull process to find anything relevant on your own hosting. Every normal acces seems to be a process to get it to work. Paid Cpanels etc. All paid features but 0 assistence. The helpdesk sends me some links to sort it out myself in Thai language.I just want my FTP acces, this should not be such complicated process ? That is the standard at every server provider. Why not here ?

"Robust and getting there"

I've purchased the Cloud Professional to trial the services for 1 year and the below are my findings.ProsSpeedLoad time is quite fast. I tested 3 sites and I can confirm that the speeds are better than my current host, even without CDN and other optimisation.Using the Pingdom test tool, it was maybe 2-3 seconds faster, and that matters.Hpanel A simple clean and light interface. Very professional and easy to browse. I did not have any issue finding things it's just a matter of learning. This is not Cpanel so I understand other's frustrations. To me this is refreshing. I had zero issues finding anything.PerformanceThere's built in minification of both JS and CSS which is quite nice and even WebP. This is a great implementation and I can really see the differences in speeds, which I've tested on one website.PricingTheir prices are competitive and of course, better than my current host. Initial starting price is to get you onboard (there's always a discount, always). Of course, renewal prices will not be the same and that's fine. It's common practice, other Web Hosts does this too!CONSEntry ProcessYou only get 50 more if you upgrade to Cloud Enterprise coming from Cloud Professional. This is a bit weak and could be potential issues if you have heavy sites that consumes data and have many visitors. BackupsYou can only do 1 backup per 24hr. Compared to other hosts that can do multiple backups per day which is useful for versioning. Also, Restore Backup is only available for Wordpress but not everyone uses Wordpress though.Site AccessYou cannot share a single Website with a client or developer. If you do share, you share your entire hosting plan which is a security factor. As such, you are only limited to (s)FTP access. May I also mention that I did not have any issue with FTP.SupportThe AI chatbot is your first point of contact. It will not be able to solve your problems and you will get annoyed but after exhausting all options, you can escalate further. Ai gets a bit annoying and frustrating at times. It's a hit or miss. Connecting to support takes a while though, a good 10-15 mins. The support staff is knowledgeable and they were able to resolve the 2 issues I had very quickly. There is no ticket option for you to just ask any questions. This can be improved upon or maybe an option for the future.Web PackagesYou cannot create web packages. Which means you cannot cap certain websites at certain sizes etc. SuspensionThere's no tool to be able to suspend a service. So basically, if the rare event as an agency you wish to suspend a website, you cannot. You can only suspend emails.Resource UsageYou do not have an area where you can see disk space usage per site. You can however, see the global usage of your server.SSL InstallI miga website over and it caused SSL issues. However, the site worked fine where it came from. Installation of SSL took a while actually and a bit annoying but support resolved the issue.Bottom lineI would recommend it if you're looking to invest in good speeds and web space and do not require tech support. That said, Hostinger is quite robust. It can improve on a lot of things by listening to user suggestions (which they do have an option to suggest a feature). Looking to see them improve for the future.

"Tools should be improved."

Basic hosting is great except it is a PITA to use certain tools. I also manage a VPS which is so much easier.

"Hostinger makes it really easy to buy."

Hostinger makes it really easy to buy domain names and set up Wordpress websites, the control panel is easy to navigate and there's also a website builder powered by AI that can do it for you. I found the pricing to be really affordable and the support is amazing. The support chat is easy to find, you never have to wait for someone to help you out and they're pretty awesome at resolving issues, there's also a ton of information and articles for learning and troubleshooting. Highly recommended!

"I have two sites That I brought to."

I have two sites That I brought to Hostinger and another that recommended. Two are non-profits. I like Hostinger because while graphic options are limited, once built, I can show almost any staff volunteer how to navigate the site, make changes and updates without the panic of finding an affordable and available designer.
