"SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS"

I purchased a LV holdall and shoes from this company back In NOVEMBER 2023 after not receiving my order that was supposed to be sent via a courier that assures a signature on delivery they couldn't provide me with any proof of delivery or photos of the delivery location or any information on the driver they repeatedly promised they would investigate this and would get back in contact but it was only myself who kept emailing them to see if they had an update we are now a further 4 and half months later and still no parcels I have contacted my bank and they have logged this company so do NOT make any purchase from them!

They're taking 2/3 weeks to check items and even longer to pay out.They will also reject items which are near perfect condition.Further more, it takes them like 1/2 weeks for them to return your items to you.On top of all of this, they will pay rock bottom prices.

Having just made my first purchase from Designer Exchange I would like to express how delighted I am with their first class service, my purchase was made online but I contacted the store that had the item just to verify the condition I spoke to Neve who was extremely friendly and helpful checking the item over for me in store and answering my questions. I placed my order Sunday afternoon and my mini pochette arrived by courier before midday Tuesday, beautifully packaged and in perfect as new condition I can honestly say it was just like receiving it directly from Louis Vuitton but with a much more appealing price tag. Thank you so much Neve at the Leeds store for making my first purchase a perfect experience I won't hesitate to buy from Designer Exchange in the future

"T-shirts not for sale"

This is my second time with this company.After first mixed experience I decided to give them another chance. I submitted for a quote a BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN T-SHIRT.And guess what-rejected again with a message 'We only purchase t-shirts that are brand new with tags attached.' Being not lazy, I checked similar items on their web-site and . they ALL do not have tags attached! What can I say-last time I tried to use them. Seems to be a dishonest dealer. Certainly an unworkable company. Highly not recommended.
