I had an absolutely fantastic experience in the Knightsbridge store on 30th October. I was going in to collect an order I had made online, and the service blew me away. Firstly, store manager Sophie had been extremely helpful with the online order, answering questions and sending pictures when I asked, and when I arrived in store both she and her colleague Wimu were so pleasant and helpful-and knowledgeable-that I actually ended up leaving with a couple more items! I had an appointment in town and they really kindly offered to keep my items in store so I wasn't carrying them around, and when I went back to collect them, they were still as pleasant as before and had fantastic chat! Would absolutely recommend going into store if you are there-the team know their stuff and clearly have a passion for what they do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
