I contacted Designer Exchange to ask if they could send me a couple of additional photographs of some specific aspects of the shoes I wanted to buy. They came back to me really quickly with extra photos and provide a warm and friendly service. The shoes arrived quickly, even with the Easter holidays and the courier service they use sensibly dropped my package to a very local pickup point when I wasn't home to receive delivery. The shoes are as described, absolutely authentic and came well packaged. Can't ask for more-I will definitely buy from Designer Exchange again in the future.
