My Louis Vuitton Coussin Bag is beautiful however I think description of wear needs to be more detailed on the website. The bag was described as great condition and no signs of wear however scratches to the hardware were not disclosed and there are quite a few. I do own pre loved bags and understand there will be wear of course! It can be misleading not to detail the exact condition.. This has now made me slightly cautious to buy again from Designer Exchange Uk unfortunately. I am also waiting on an update from the team as I requested more information in regards to authentication/ model. I am yet to hear back.
