Wanted to sell my designer boots that are in excellent condition, some minor wear on the bottoms due to them being worn twice. Company rejected them because of this issue, however there are a number of shoes on their site that has more wear on them then mine. Should state this on their website that the soles need to be untouched. Would stay away from this company and sell your items on Vinted, eBay or Vestiaire.

"Disgusting payment time"

Not a good one to be honest as I have sold with designer exchange 15days ago. Have been qouted and I accepted and I have not received a penny in payment. I keep being told there is a delay which was fine at 1st. 15days in and nothing. This is causing great inconvenience as I need the money. I'm very upset at my experience. Funny thing is you could never take their product without paying especially for this duration of time.
