Thank you to Tara at the Knightsbridge Branch. I obsessed online for a while over a Chanel Boy held at this branch, on Sunday late afternoon I sent an email asking for more details and photographs. Tara responded so quickly with her thoughts on the condition of the bag, the price and extra photographs were supplied. She also followed up quickly when I asked more questions (bearing in mind this is a Sunday just minutes before they were due to close). Her quick responses and great information were enough for me to make my first online purchase from D.ExchangeUK. (I have bought before in person at the wonderful Manchester Store). Slightly nerve racking having such an expensive item being sent by tracked courier (DPD), but no problems and 48 hours later I have my beautiful bag in my hands. For an 8 year old bag, the condition is excellent and I am very happy it is as described and I feel like I have what I wanted at a really sensible price. D.ExchangeUK are my go to for preloved items. I just don't see a reason to buy a new bag, when I can buy from this store.Thank you so much to Tara and the team. Looking forward to my next purchase :)

Fantastic customer service. Really impressed. Although the bag ended up being too short for me, I was able to return with no problems at all. The bag was also in better condition than I expected. Would definitely order from them again.

decided to make a purchase, Dior sunglasses, they arrived well packaged, and as described, so i gave them 5 star review however, 6 weeks later, they broke and now can not be worn unless repaired.i contacted the knightsbridge store, they asked me to send pics, of the glasses.i was informed there was nothing they could do, no offer of repair. there 12 month policy, i asked to be explained, and the guarantee is for authenticity.if anything happens to your product after sales, nothing will happen. The company will state no faulty only authentic goods sold.i am so glad, i bought the glasses first, to test the water, i will not buy from them again.
