Don't touch with a bargepole, was quoted for my item only to be told was rejected! turnaround to find this out is lengthy as well! Was unaware that this shambles is affiliated with CEX, so some green haired goth is trying to authenticate genuine designer pieces!!!!

Don't buy anything if your are outside of the U.K. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to return an item. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't even have a customer service phone number or one that can accessed through the boutiques. They do not respond back with customs information numbers required to send a return back. I am still waiting to hear something from them to return an item.

"Jackets"

I took 2 jackets to this store, I received quotes for these jackets and filled out my details to receive my payment. I waited longer than the stated 72 hours and then was told to wait until after the weekend to receive the payment. I'm still without my payment and I'm unable to find a phone number to speak to someone in person. I was given the excuse that the size had been taken down wrong so they had to re value my quote but I've been waiting long enough for this issue to be resolved

"Don't buy! They send empty delivery packages!!!"

I recently ordered a Chanel bag on this website and they send me an EMPTY DELIVERY!!! An empty box!!! They can not even provide me with evidence of a photo that they really dispatched a bag. I provided photos and videos to them communicating for the issue but they can ONLY say they 'dispatched'. They can't find the bag or refund me. The customer service is nothing, useless, and untrustworthy. Such bad company and such bad experience.
