Very much disappointed. I have given my items over a week ago and still haven't received the payment. After the attempt to receive an update, they finally responded that there is no issue as the delays are caused by Christmas. If they would inform the client in advance I would have never sent my items to them. There is no clear communication regarding the time frame and items inspection from designer exchange side
