This company has had my Hermes blanket and Louis Vuitton jacket for almost a month .Send the items in and said wasn't dry cleaned and was out of shape and would return Email after email after email same reply . We looking into this and will get back to you .Clearly lost it sold it .Blanket was 2k and jacket was 2k.It's very simple return the items ! DO NOT use this company ! Unless you want to lose your items ! In the process of obtain legal advise. !

No email or message received for collection , yesterday, on Friday I contacted the customer service they replied your order is not arrived yet we will let you know when we receive it and it's ready for collection , on Saturday the following day I received an email saying you haven't collected your order soit has been returned and your money would be refunded , what a joke !I think the website is showing stuff which they don't have in stock and trying to keep buyers busy by lying and miscommunication, very disappointing specially while dealing in UK where trust is the most important thing .I wound definitely ask people to avoid this website and don't get bought up with their trap .Very disappointing and just a waste of time and money .
