"Tried to say my items were fake!"

Photographed and sent off two beautiful MONCLER full length coats that were in great condition. Designer Exchange then "assessed" them and came back saying they were fake!! These coats were bought for over $1200 in a well established boutique in St Anton, Austria, who still sell MONCLER and other designer brands today. They are NOT fake and I'm horrified that they've suggested they are. An absolute waste of time.

Described as with original box. That was untrue. The box supplied was not the type of box that would be supplied for this product. It was labelled by Design Exchange as for an entirely different product with an entirely different price tag. It was supplied with instructions for care of silver but the product I purchased was platinum.
