Purchased a wonderful bag from the new cheshire oaks store. Great bag, great store and the layout was shopper friendly! The reason for the 3 star was I found the store manager lack of knowledge, very off putting and I feel she needs training on customer service. Every time I asked her a question, she was very vague with her reply as if she didn't want to answer me. The staff on the other hand were wonderful and welcoming and that was the only reason I bought the bag. If she was the one personally serving me! I would not have purchased.

The team in the shops is very professional and helpful. I had an issue with my order and was told to contact customer service which you can only contact by email-the response time was terrible and my purchase arrived 5 days after my order-while it was supposed to arrive the next day. I had to call the shops multiple times to check the status of my delivery and they reached out to the customer service directly to make sure I had a response. I think there is a lot of improvement to be done on the customer service, response time and description. The issue with my order came from the fact that the description of the bag was wrong.
