It was a nice company to sell designer items but bear in mind you are going to loose a lot of money on your items even if its slightly use and brand new . It is 60% off on the original price . I have rather keep my items rather than selling it .

I sent an item to them to sell, they didn't want to buy which is fair enough no problem with that. However it has nearly been a week and they haven't sent my item back to me! I have been emailing about it but they still haven't posted them yet. Not sure i will get my item back at this rate! They told me a maximum of 4 days it would take them to send it back, will not be selling or purchasing from them again!

I have been waiting to receive a cash payment for several weeks without success and keep getting passed around between staff in the Leeds branch and Louisandra, from the main studio who is unable to provide an answer. It is unfair to leave the responsibility on the customer. I sold my item for quick cash! ? Disappointed with reliability of receiving payment.
