Ok for taking your money but make prices up as they go along not helpful when you need it . I eventually got to the resort(after 5 emails back and forth as they explain NOTHING) but then had to leave early due to bereavement and they didn't want to help,eventually quoting me $300+ for flight from Crete to gatwick for 2 people no transfers when I actually got the same flight got for $67.00 each (SAME FLIGHT!!) hotel sorted transfer for $40 .disgusting travel agents!! I'd give 0 if I could

Scammers. Do not use. Took payment of full holiday then changed the deal and asked us to pay more. We decided to cancel and they have said they have already booked the flights. Contacted Ryanair and the confirmed no flights booked. They told us they would refund the hotel but haven't and won't speak to us. On chat they are abusive and aggressive just tell you to call in so they can hang up on you. Shower of scammers. Again do not use.
