Justin was very helpful within the chat trying to find a holiday that suited our budget and requirements.The phone call was a little long in the tooth, same information being repeated over and over, when the more important information was skimmed over. I missed the part where the extra costs for suppliers was mentioned. I'm hoping the holiday is better than the reviews that have been left recently, if it's not I would advise taking this hotel off your vacation list.

Justin Wayne was absolutely brilliant, very patient, very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had every need covered within our budget. Justin Wayne explained everything clearly and made booking so refreshing. I will definitely use this company again more to the fact that Justin Wayne gave superb customer service. Working as a customer service manager for 15 years it really is good to see others still having the passion to provide a decent service.
