"Ongoing situation. Cyprus holiday."
I am experiencing an ongoing situation in which I received an email explaining that due to operational reasons my hotel was going to cost another $120 per person. During a phone call that evening I was told that the company had gone into administration. I then paid the extra as the alternative was miles away in the north of the island and not really savvy on terms and conditions. I am now.!!I was told when I asked for the company name that had gone into administration so I could check that this information was protected by data protection. The following day feeling something was not quite right, reading reviews on here and checking my travel documents I rang beds with ease who are the booking agents for my accommodation who indeed have not gone into administration and are taking this very seriously. I must say the support I have received from Jackie @bwe is second to none, absolutely outstanding and reassuring. Thankyou Jackie. I have been advised by holiday jet that my payment is being refunded but I am yet to receive it in my bank account. I will say that if the said refund is not in my account by close of today this will be escalated to trading standards and or the ombudsman.

Not given correct information about covid testing. Was not told i had to use your email to book in and when i finally booked in could not book my daughter because you put her as an adult not teenager caused me so much stress and was not told that due to covid my all inclusive would only be letting me have 3 alcoholic drinks with meals inside the resturant but i would have to pay for alcohol drinks by the pool so not very happy with trust pilot at all

Absolute shambolic travel company, the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I made a booking to stay from 11/06/2022 to 18/06/2022 in Torremolinos, Spain. However, I found my booking to be totally unsatisfactory. Not only did this company charge me additional $15 pp stating Ryanair Covid Cleaning Tax, I know, I know I was stupid to fall for it, they then had the audacity to send me an email a week later saying due to a firm going into administration they had to change our hotel, so to save the holiday from being cancelled a fee of $170 was required to change hotel. After investigation from myself, I found this to be a lie and they were attempting to con me. Also once I arrived they booked me in for 6 nights and not 7 but did say they would request early check in, this did not happen and I was forced to pay another 78 euros upon arrival for the extra night ( we arrived at 2.30am) I sent Holiday Jet a not so pleasant mail but didn't get a reply or even acknowledgment of my email for 4 weeks later requesting that Holiday Jet reimburse me the 78 Euros that I had to pay on top when I arrived.I did have a receipt from hotel as confirmation to prove this. I have since received a reply from them stating they could do nothing about it and have left it at that. I pay for a 7 night holiday. They book a 6. They promised me an early check in, they didn't, I end up paying another 78 euros otherwise my daughter and I end up sleeping on a park bench for the night.Awful awful company.Avoid at all costs.
