We booked a holiday on Monday night with Aldrin on the phone. He was amazing from start to finish he couldn't have done enough for us. I would highly recommend using their services again in the future.

I have a very negative experience with this company and in particular Mr. Royden Bright, who did the booking for me. The holiday I have been planning for my family members who are still out there since the 9th of Oct, have turned up to be hellish. Starting from the pick up from Antalya airport when no taxi driver have turned up. I recall, and I hope calls are recorded, that I insisted on a 5-star holiday hotel. The booked hotel not only turned to be a 3-star hotel, but also an annex building to the hotel. I have booked 3-single-bed room and when my family went there, they found only 1 double bed. When I approached the company the next day, they said that the hotel is 5-star according to the supply provider (I don't actually know what that means), that they will inquire on the pick up and get back to me, They haven't call up to this moment.

What an absolute joke ! Booked a holiday on the phone and stated what air port we wanted to fly from numerous times.However we waited days for a confirmation email to find a completely different hotel and air port on the confirmation !! Really upset about this I want this rectified as they asked numerous times on the call for my husband to write a review pressure tactic even before confirming with confirmation.This confirmation email was not sent in a timely fashion and was fraudulent in terms of nothing discussed on the phone other then dates was correct when looking at documentation ! My husband with my self in the room requested our local air port after seeing a quote on line also stated the hotel with that quote numerous times ! To then find you have been booked in to a completely different hotel and completely different air port ! Stay clear of this. I will write a review when I see how they plan on sorting out this matter with my husband ! I will let you all know how they rectify this and that will then hopefully let you make your minds up . first break we have had in a long time after working through the pandemic we were really looking forward to it , to now feel we have been massively let down and ripped off !!!!

We've had a very positive experience with this company in finding a family holiday for Summer 2022. Gregor was helpful and efficient. I had numerous questions for him and nothing was a bother . He is very prompt in returning calls and emails.

Rating it as 1 star purely because everything was booked and I requested inter connecting rooms,However sold me 2 standards rooms and when asked to put inter connecting in confirmation email as that's what I paid for they all of a sudden couldn't get hold of the supplier, booking agency, spoke to Moin also known as Sam Watson and Edward and many other agents. I have afew days left to go and this is still not sorted- awful end service and fail to deliver every time they say I will get an email or call by a certain time- bill crap lies so I will be escalating this matter further as totally unhappy with a cow boy service

Very poor. Very unhelpful. Complete rip off. All prices not as advertised and all transfers info incorrect. They blamed me for the mix up all at great expense to me. Never use this company again.
